Independent guidance, disclosed incentives

Book Korea Medical is a KHIDI-registered international patient platform (registration A-2026-04-02-06873). When you ask about one clinic, our coordinators compare every partner clinic in our network for your case — treatment, language, area, timing and budget — and tell you which fits, even when it is not the one you asked about. We are paid a commission by partner clinics, never by you, and clinics quote their standard rate card with no platform markup. Medical suitability is always decided by the treating doctor at consultation; our guidance is about fit, logistics and price transparency, not medical advice.

Who writes and reviews

• Suji Oh — Founder & Editor. Runs the Book Korea Medical data desk: the Korea Aesthetic Treatment Price Index, the medical-tourism statistics hub and the cost guides. • Dr. Jae-Woong Kim — Aesthetic Medicine Specialist. Reviews medically substantive guides (costs, concerns, comparisons, aftercare) for accuracy of treatment descriptions. Independent of any listed clinic's ownership; does not endorse specific clinics.

How we rank and describe clinics

Clinic listicles are editorial assessments that weigh KHIDI registration, verified multilingual support, booking accountability and public Google ratings, with partners disclosed on every page. Ratings and review counts are pulled live from Google or retrieved on a stated date and never stored as our own scores. We do not publish before-and-after photos, patient testimonials we cannot verify, or superlatives outside clearly labelled editorial picks. Prices are shown in Korean won from the source rate card with an approximate US-dollar conversion at a stated rate.

Corrections

Every data page carries a dated corrections note. If you find an error, write to press@bookkoreamedical.com; we correct the page and log the change.
