Privacy notice

Book Korea Medical (operated by HEIM) processes personal information to provide free consultation and to match you with KHIDI-registered clinics in Korea. This notice summarizes how we handle your data under Korea's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

When you submit a consultation request we collect your name, contact handle, nationality and country of residence, treatment and area of interest, preferred language, and any message you provide. We collect this only with your consent, given at the time of submission.

How we use it

We use your information solely to respond to your inquiry, coordinate a free consultation, and match you with a KHIDI-registered clinic. We never sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.

Retention

Inquiry records are retained for three years, after which personal identifiers are anonymized. You may request earlier erasure at any time.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. EU and EEA residents have additional rights under GDPR, including data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any right, contact us through the consultation channel.
